Returns & Refunds policy

If you are unhappy with your item (s), please notify me within 7 days of reception. Please do not send item(s) back without messaging me first.

We can discuss refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are the buyer's responsibilities.

Return shipping costs are also the buyer's responsibilities. The item will be refunded in full once it arrives at my studio in good condition. If your item arrives in pieces (broke during shipping), contact me within 3 days of reception.

For a refund, I need pictures of the item as it arrived IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX. Most of the orders are insured for their market value. Please let me know as soon as possible if your order was stolen, lost, or arrived in poor condition. I will then start a claim for the insured amount with the postal services. Because I often make original and one of a kind pottery, replacements are not available.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item(s) were purchased in the last 21 days

  • The item(s) are in the original packaging

  • The item(s) is in its original perfect condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
